I am a proud SUSD parent, having served our schools in multiple capacities, including site councils. As a Scottsdale-HQ business owner who has employed SUSD alumni, I know firsthand what skills and character qualities employers seek in our graduates. Additionally, I have a masters and PhD in education-related fields.  The education technology companies I co-founded provide me with unique insight into what institutions of higher learning look for in our graduates. I understand the diverse pathways that our graduates take and what SUSD needs to do to prepare them for future success. With years of experience as an executive and as a board member of companies, universities, and nonprofits; I understand the role of the board relative to the role of leadership.  

I am a parent, homeowner, employer, former educator and taxpayer.  I am uniquely qualified to understand SUSD stakeholders at every level and am committed to working professionally and transparently to serve our community.
